PRESENTING FERROSA’S RESEARCH PROJECT IN THE PUCP
At the Dammert lecture hall in PUCP, Naima Montiel, CEO of Fundición Ferrosa, presented an innovation project centered on a new design for GETS. This was a joint effort between PUCP, Ferrosa and Innóvate Perú, a governmental agency which funds innovation projects. Among the attendees were Francisco Rumiche and Rolando Núñez, chief engineers at the PUCP research labs. They confirmed that the new design reduced up to 70% the wear due to abrasion in the newly designed GET part.
